The former family house opens its doors to sieve the best memories of an unforgettable visit. The househod is a typical Galician building, a large stone house with a gallery facing south to make the most of the sunlight. Light floods all the rooms and the landscape gets in through the windows to invade an interior where functionality and tradition, luxury and comfort come together.
The house has 7 double rooms. Careful and individual decoration gives each of the rooms its own personality.
The Hall
At the heart of the hall lies a typical lareira, the vital center in every tradicional Galician household: the home. The reunion point around the fire, the meeting point for the whole family, that is to say, the place where everything is cooked. Around the majestic fireplace there is a vast space with cosy spots that take us in and guide us through a window to the outside, from an open gallery to the landscape or from a book to its pages.
The Gallery
To make the most of the scarce sunlight of the rainy Galician winters, traditional houses had galleries that became little home greenhouses to warm its inhabitants on the clear days. Attached to the house, this impressive gallery faces south and it becomes a living room and leisure room thanks to its impressive marble table especially conceived to play domino. The gallery is the place where the traditional and the contemporary combine perfectly.
